What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26After the 9 Sep 2026 demo, Kyle Brandvold asked about Snowflake roles and access. Heather Bauman says Kyle is mostly comfortable, but her COO Frank wants the security review before any numbers are put to him.
Ask: Kyle wanted to know what access the brain needs, which roles it creates and whether anything leaves their environment. He also asked how a failing source connection shows up.
Customer view: Heather says Kyle is mostly comfortable with Theo's written answers. She will not put numbers in front of Frank before the security review is done.
Next: Jordan and Theo need to set out what the review involves and how long it usually takes. The Enterprise proposal and the 8 Jan 2027 signature target stay a plan until the review and vendor process finish.

- Jordan Pike 9 Sep 2026 13:34Hi all, Thanks for making time for the demo today. Quick recap of what we showed: one view of an agency pulling from your CRM, the service tickets and the policy data, and the chat where Janet's team can ask about an agency's recent activity in plain language. Two open items from the session: - Kyle asked how the brain is deployed and where the data sits. Theo is copied and can go through the architecture in writing. - Janet asked what an underwriter would see on first login. What would make this a yes? Tell me what's missing and I'll get it to you. Thanks, Jordan
- Kyle Brandvold 9 Sep 2026 15:54Jordan, Thanks for the walkthrough. My main question is the Snowflake side. You said the brain runs inside our own account. I need to know what access it requires, which roles it creates, and whether anything leaves our environment. A short written answer is fine for now. I'd also like to understand how a failing source connection shows up, since we have a couple of older systems. Kyle
- Jordan Pike 14 Sep 2026 12:38Hi Kyle, Heather, Janet, Kyle, Theo has put together written answers to your questions on roles, access and what stays inside your Snowflake account. He's attached them to this note and can walk you through them whenever suits. On failing connections: a broken source shows up as records indexed going flat, and we flag it so it doesn't go stale quietly. On our side, the proposal for Enterprise carries a total deal value of £155,000. That figure includes the one-off implementation. We're pencilling in 8 Jan 2027 for signature, but only once your security review and vendor process are done. Thanks, Jordan
- Heather Bauman 17 Sep 2026 11:47Jordan, Thanks. Kyle has read Theo's answers and is mostly comfortable. He has a couple of follow-ups he'll send Theo directly. I need to take this to Frank, and he'll want the security review first. I won't put numbers in front of him before that's done. Can you and Theo set out what the review involves and how long it usually takes? Let's keep this moving. Thanks, Heather
