What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26After the demo, Ryan Heslop asked whether helpdesk and accounting sources connect unchanged and for written confirmation of data storage and access. Hannah Lowe's note met his need; he now wants the implementation split.
Ask: Ryan asked about connecting helpdesk tickets and accounting invoices, and about where patient-adjacent data is stored and who at BB-Demo can see it. He then asked how implementation effort divides between the two sides.
Customer view: Ryan confirmed Hannah's note covered what he needed and will pass it to Aisha Bukhari for governance. Tom Ashdown noted the Growth proposal is pencilled as a plan only.
Next: BB-Demo owes an answer on the implementation split.

- Tom Ashdown 25 Oct 2024 11:46Hi Aisha, hi Ryan, Thanks both for your time yesterday. I hope the demo gave a fair picture of how the contract managers would see each trust's referrals, tickets and invoices in one place. I've copied in Hannah, who ran the technical side. If anything came to mind afterwards on connecting your sources or how the data refreshes, send it over and she'll answer in writing. We've pencilled the Growth proposal for 8 Nov 2024 as the target to have things agreed, but that's only a plan for now and depends on what you need from us. Cheers, Tom
- Ryan Heslop 28 Oct 2024 10:08Hi Tom, Thanks for the demo. A couple of questions from my side. First, our reporting-turnaround tickets sit in the helpdesk and our invoices are in the accounting system. Can both be connected without us changing how they are set up? Second, the data is patient-adjacent in places. Can you confirm in writing where it is stored and who at BB-Demo can see it? Ryan
- Tom Ashdown 28 Oct 2024 12:07Thanks Ryan, leave that with me. On the first, the short answer from Hannah is that both are standard connections and you don't need to change anything at your end. On the second, the brain is built and run inside your own Snowflake account, so the data stays with you. Hannah will put the detail of access and storage in writing so there's no ambiguity, and she'll check anything she's not sure of before she sends it. She'll come back to you tomorrow. Cheers, Tom
- Ryan Heslop 29 Oct 2024 12:31Tom, Hannah's note arrived this morning and covers what I needed. I'll pass it to Aisha for the information governance side. One follow-up: is there a tidy way to see how much of the implementation is on our side compared with yours? I need to plan time. Ryan
