After a call, Priya Raman recapped an expansion order form at £2,614 on Starter, at the negotiation stage. Lauren Pilkington agreed with the recap and asked for confirmation that client roles and complaints stay visible. Stuart and Carl did not reply.

Ask: Priya wants the order form over the line by 30 Sep 2025 and asked each person to flag anything needing a second look.

Customer view: Lauren is content but needs the consultants' view of client roles and complaints confirmed, and says she signs nothing without Stuart.

Next: the commercial answer sits with Stuart Haworth and Carl Whittle, who have not responded in this thread.

Hi all, Thanks for your time on the call earlier. Quick recap of where we are so everyone has the same picture. The expansion is at the negotiation stage, with a total value of £2,614 on the order form. You stay on Starter with your 15 licensed users, so nothing changes in how the consultants log in or what they see. To keep momentum, if we can get this over the line by 30 Sep 2025, Marcus can plan the set-up with Lauren straight away. I'm happy to make this easy: I'll send the order form for signature as soon as you tell me the wording suits you. Could you each let me know if anything on your side needs a second look before then? Owen is copied in case anything needs a senior view. Best, Priya

Hi Priya, Quick one. Thanks for the recap, that matches my notes. From my side it's fine, the consultants just want to be sure they can still see client roles and complaints in the same place once this is in. Can you confirm that doesn't change? Stuart and Carl, over to you on the commercial side. I don't sign anything without Stu anyway. Ta, Lauren
