Current to 11 Oct 26Marcus Bell reported steady usage but few of 15 licensed users logging in regularly, and proposed a short consultant session. Managing Director Stuart Haworth asked what it gives and costs in time.
Ask: Marcus proposed a session for consultants who have not started and asked Stuart whether it is worth the time. He found the complaints view barely used.
Customer view: Stuart is guarded and billable time is his concern. He left slot choice to Lauren if it is short.
Next: Marcus answered with 30 minutes, once, using Grisedale's own data, and asked Nadia for the names of consultants yet to log in.

I've pulled the numbers and here's where we got to: - Usage is steady and has crept up on the previous quarter, but only a few of your 15 licensed users are logging in regularly. - The client accounts and open roles pages are the most used. The complaints view is barely touched. - One support ticket in the last month, now closed. My suggestion is a short session with the consultants who haven't started yet, so they can see a client's roles and complaints before they pick up the phone. Happy to run it. Stuart, could you let me know whether that's worth the time? Thanks, Marcus
- Stuart Haworth 6 Sep 2024 12:17Marcus, OK. Give me the headline: what do the consultants get out of it, and what does it cost in their time? They bill by the hour, near enough, so I don't want half a day gone. Lauren can pick a slot if it's short. Stuart
- Marcus Bell 9 Sep 2024 16:35Hi Stuart, all, Understood. It would be 30 minutes, once, on a screen share. I'd show each consultant how to find a client's open roles and any complaints in one place, using your own data. Lauren, shall we book it for a quiet slot this week or next? Nadia, if you can send me the names of the consultants who haven't logged in yet, I'll tailor it. Thanks, Marcus
