Grisedale: next steps on the order form

Hi Stuart, hi Lauren, Following our call, I've looped in Owen Tallis, our VP Sales, as he looks after pricing on anything we discuss beyond the proposal. Where we are: Starter, one team, the consultants and operations manager seeing client accounts, open roles and complaints together. You asked about price, Stuart, and Owen and I are happy to talk it through. Any first-term adjustment would be tied to signing by 17 Apr 2024, so we need to keep the dates tight. Hi Priya, Quick one. Can the consultants see a client's complaints on the same page as their open roles? That's the thing that'd save us hours. Two of them asked me yesterday. Also, if we add a couple more consultants later, is that easy or a whole new conversation? Ta, Lauren

Hi Lauren, hi Stuart, Yes on the first one: client accounts, open roles and complaints can sit together in the one place, which is the point of connecting your systems to the brain. On adding consultants later, that's a simple conversation with Marcus Bell, who looks after your account once you're live, and doesn't change the Starter order form.
