- Daniel Okafor 12 Nov 2025 08:03Dear Philip and Dan, Thank you both for your time on the review. I wanted to put the main points in writing, just to close the loop. Usage has been moving the right way: more of your account managers are in the brain each week, and the questions they ask are increasingly about client contract reviews and temperature-excursion tickets, which is the reason you bought Growth in the first place. Support has been quiet, with a few small tickets and nothing urgent. You have 50 licensed users, so there is plenty of headroom as the team grows. Dan, one small request. If anything changes in the systems that feed the brain, a new depot setup or a change to your ticketing, please tell me before it happens so the connectors don't catch us out. Philip, your current term runs to 27 Dec 2025. I've copied Tom Ashdown so he can work through the renewal paperwork with you in good time. I'll speak to you again shortly about timing. How is the team finding it day to day? I'd always like to hear. Best wishes, Daniel
