Ask: Daniel asked for a short call in the next couple of weeks so Philip can see who is using the brain before deciding. Tom Ashdown is copied for the commercial side.

Customer view: There is no customer response in the thread. Philip has previously asked for early renewal notice.

Next: Secure a call time well before 10 Dec 2025.

Dear Philip, I hope you are well. I wanted to write well ahead of time to let you know that the Pentreath Cold Chain subscription comes up for renewal on 27 December 2025. The current contracted annual subscription is £47,500, covering 50 licensed users on the Growth tier. You have always asked to be sent the renewal in good time, so this is the early notice. I would also like to be straightforward with you: usage has been a little uneven over the past few months, and I think you will want to see who is using the brain and what it is doing for the account managers before you decide anything. I would rather go through that with you than have you find it in the paperwork. Would a short call in the next couple of weeks suit you? I would like us to have a clear view well before 10 Dec 2025, which is when we are planning to close the renewal. Tom is copied in as he looks after the commercial side. Just to close the loop, nothing is needed from you today other than a time that works. Best wishes, Daniel
