Tom Ashdown sent the Growth renewal order form at £48k, the deal total and not an annual figure. Philip Annear said the total matches, that he is content with usage, and that he would sign on 13 Dec 2024.

Ask: Tom wanted the form signed by Monday 16 December 2024, before the term ends on 27 Dec 2024. He flagged that £48k is the deal total, and asked Philip to say if it did not match expectations.

Customer view: Philip said Daniel's usage walk-through left him content that it is being used, and that the total matches what was discussed.

Next: the executed copy is not in the thread, so signature is promised rather than shown.

Hi Philip, The renewal order form for Pentreath is attached for signature. It keeps you on Growth with the same 50 licensed users, and the total on the form is £47,500. That is the deal total rather than an annual figure, so do shout if it doesn't match what you were expecting and I will confirm it against our records. We are aiming to have it done by Monday 16 December 2024, which leaves a comfortable gap before the current term ends on 27 Dec 2024. Leave that with me if anything needs changing. Cheers, Tom

Tom, Thanks. Daniel took me through usage last month and I am content that it is being used. The total matches what we discussed. I will sign today and send it back to you before Monday. Philip Annear
