Current to 11 Oct 26Mainly scheduling: Tom Ashdown asks for demo dates and Kerensa Trelease proposes Thursday afternoon the week after. She also asks which excursion tickets will be used, so her team leads know.
Ask: Tom sought a day in the next fortnight for an hour-and-a-half demo on Pentreath's own data, with account managers present.
Customer view: Kerensa agreed the demo makes sense with account managers there, but the inbox is full of client reviews. She wants to know which excursion examples will be pulled in.
Next: Tom needs to confirm the Thursday slot and name the tickets he plans to use.

Good to hear how the account managers currently piece together a client's temperature excursions, orders and contract reviews from different places. Next step is the demo on your own data, ideally with a couple of your account managers there as well as you. About an hour and a half should do it. Could you let me know which days work for you in the next fortnight? No drama if it needs to be after your month-end. Leave that with me and I'll get something in the diary once I hear back. Cheers, Tom

The inbox is full of client reviews at the moment, so early next week is tight. I'll tell the team leads. They will want to know which tickets you plan to use, so can you say which excursion examples you'll pull in? Facts first, then we can see if it holds up. Thursday afternoon the week after looks best to me. Does that work? Cheers, Kerensa
