Usage: active users are edging up but sit at around twelve against forty licensed. Some colleagues still keep their own spreadsheets, so there is room for more of the merchant view.
Actions: Elena sends the order form paragraph on data location and a list of lowest-activity teams. Katrin names two or three people in merchant risk for a refresher.
Renewal: Elena wants to speak about it in good time. The thread has no customer reply, so Katrin's view of the notes is not shown.

Elena Novak 22 Sep 2026 11:31Dear Katrin, Thank you for your time today. As agreed, here are the notes from our check-in, so that you have them in writing. To confirm, we covered the following: - Usage: the number of people active each month is edging up compared with the previous quarter, at around twelve on average against forty licensed users. I would not call that a problem, but there is clearly room for more of the merchant account managers and the merchant risk team to work from the single merchant view. You mentioned that some colleagues still keep their own spreadsheets. I will make sure that we look at which teams those are before the next review. - Support: there has been one ticket in the last month, and it was not high priority. Nothing is open that needs your attention, but please tell me if anything feels slow from your side. - Data location: the data remains in the EU region, as set out in your order form. You asked what the source is for that statement, so I will send you the relevant paragraph of the order form, which you can show to your auditor. - Invoicing: nothing is outstanding on either side. Actions, as I understand them: - Elena: send the order form paragraph on data location, and a short list of the teams with the lowest activity, with the source of each figure. - Katrin: let me know which two or three people in merchant risk would benefit from a short refresher session. - Both: agree a date for the next quarterly review, which I will propose separately.
