Current to 11 Oct 26The CRM connector stopped loading after the customer changed login settings. Holly Tranter re-authorised it with no error and thanked Bethan Lister for the quick response. Bethan will keep the ticket open until fresh records are confirmed.
Issue: a login settings change stopped new CRM records loading, so the client-account view showed older vacancies than the directors expected. Holly re-authorised the connector and it shows as connected.
Customer view: she is pleased with the response speed but cannot yet tell whether records are flowing.
Next: the nightly refresh completes by 07:00 on business days, and Holly is to check the view the next morning.

- Bethan Lister 4 Sep 2024 15:07Hi Holly, I've picked up your ticket this afternoon. Just so I've got this right: the CRM connector stopped loading new records after your team changed the login settings, and the client-account view is showing older vacancies than your directors expect. Is that the whole picture? Can you try this and tell me what you see? 1. Open the connector settings in the admin area. 2. Choose re-authorise on the CRM connector. 3. Sign in with the account that has read access and accept the prompt. If you get an error, please paste the exact text back to me and I will take it from there. Thanks, Bethan
- Holly Tranter 4 Sep 2024 16:51Hi Bethan, Yes, that is the picture. I have done the three steps and it accepted the sign-in with no error this time. The connector now shows as connected. I cannot tell yet whether the records are coming through, as I assume that waits for the nightly refresh? Thanks for the quick response, much appreciated. Holly
- Bethan Lister 4 Sep 2024 18:38Hi Holly, That's right, the connector will pick up the new records at the next nightly refresh, which completes by 07:00 on business days. Could you look at the client-account view tomorrow morning and tell me whether the latest vacancies are there? I'll leave the ticket open until you've confirmed, rather than closing it on my side. If anything still looks old, send me one example client and I will check it against the source. Thanks, Bethan
