- Rachel Dunmore 28 May 2026 16:04Dear Bernadette, Please find attached invoice INV-076-0007, issued today, 28 May 2026, for your BB-Demo Enterprise subscription. It is addressed to Merriott Lyle Distribution and is raised in sterling. For your records, the figures are: - Net amount: £31,875 - VAT: £6,375 - Gross amount: £38,250 The due date is 27 Jun 2026, which is our standard 30-day terms. The invoice shows as unpaid at the moment, as you would expect, and nothing is overdue on the account. Could you confirm the PO number your team wants quoted on this one? If you hold a PO against the subscription, I will reissue the copy with it shown so it goes straight through your ledger without being queried. If the invoice should go to a different mailbox in credit control, or to an accounts payable team, let me know and I will update our records. If anything on it does not match your own ledger, please reply to me directly with the invoice number and I will look at it the same day. Kind regards, Rachel Dunmore Finance Manager BB-Demo
