Ask: Rachel asked Bernadette for the PO number and for a remittance advice quoting the invoice number when payment is made.
Customer view: there is no customer response in the thread, and it does not show whether the invoice was paid.
Next: Rachel needs the PO reference from Bernadette, then a remittance advice on payment so she can allocate it the same day.

Rachel Dunmore 28 Nov 2025 14:20Dear Bernadette, Please find attached invoice INV-076-0005, issued today, 28 Nov 2025, for your records. The figures are as follows: - Net amount: £29,125 - VAT: £5,825 - Gross amount: £34,950 Payment is due on 28 Dec 2025. The invoice is currently unpaid, which is as expected, as it was only raised this afternoon. Could you confirm the PO number your team needs quoted on the remittance? If there is a reference your accounts payable process requires on the invoice itself, let me know and I will reissue it with that included, so it does not stall in your approval queue. When payment is made, a remittance advice to this address would be much appreciated, quoting the invoice number, so that I can allocate it against the right line on the same day. If anything on the invoice does not match what you were expecting, please tell me straight away rather than waiting for the due date. I would much rather sort out a query now than have it age.
