- Rachel Dunmore 28 Feb 2025 08:57Dear Bernadette, Please find attached invoice INV-076-0002, issued today, 28 Feb 2025, to Merriott Lyle Distribution. I have sent it to you as I understand credit control will be setting it up for payment. For your records, the figures are: - Net amount: £29,125 - VAT: £5,825 - Gross amount: £34,950 The due date is 30 Mar 2025. Payment is by bank transfer, and the remittance details are at the foot of the invoice. Please quote the invoice number INV-076-0002 as the payment reference so that it matches to the right line in our ledger. Could you confirm the PO number, if your team raises one for this invoice? If there is one, I would rather add it to the invoice now than reissue it later. If your process needs anything else on the invoice itself, such as a named approver or a branch cost centre, please let me know and I will check what I can add. If the invoice should be addressed to someone else in your finance team, tell me who and I will resend it to them straight away. Kind regards, Rachel Dunmore Finance Manager BB-Demo
