Ask: Tom Ashdown asked Henry which client-service questions his team would want answered first, so BB-Demo can shape a test on Rookhaven's own data. Theo Gallagher is handling the security review evidence for Eleanor Whitlock.
Customer view: Henry liked seeing calls, emails and tickets for a single client together. He added that some client data sits in different systems and he may need Eleanor's help on scope.
Next: Henry owes a short question list to Tom and Eleanor. The thread does not show whether it arrived.

I hope it gave Henry's team a feel for asking questions across the client data rather than rebuilding spreadsheets. Two things from me. Theo, who is copied, is looking after the security review and will come back to Eleanor with the evidence for the questions you raised. And it would help to hear from Henry which client-service questions would be the first ones his team would want answered, so we can shape a proper test on your data. No drama if that takes a few days. Let's get something in the diary once you've had a think. Cheers, Tom
Henry Calloway 29 Jul 2026 08:42Hi Tom, Thanks, and thanks to Theo too. The demo was helpful. My team liked being able to ask about a single client and see the calls, emails and tickets together. I'll put together a short list of the questions we ask most often and send it to you and Eleanor by the end of the week. Please bear in mind that some of our client data sits in a couple of different systems, so I may need Eleanor's help to say which ones are in scope. Kind regards, Henry
