Current to 11 Oct 26Tom Ashdown sent the Enterprise renewal order form at £113,500 against a current £103,000. Mats Eklund will not sign or commit to 6 May 2026 until he has the annual and one-off split and future-year figures.
Ask: Tom wanted signature by 6 May 2026, ahead of the term end on 31 May 2026. Mats asked for a clear split of the £113,500 between annual subscription and anything one-off.
Customer view: He also wants the annual figure in following years, for his finance team to check against the plan. He said he cannot promise the signing date.
Next: Tom had said he would confirm how the two numbers break down, so the split is the open item. The order form stays unsigned until then.

- Tom Ashdown 1 May 2026 09:35Hi Mats, Hope the week's gone well. The renewal order form for Lindqvarn is ready for signature. It covers the Enterprise subscription for another term from the end of the current one on 31 May 2026, with the 160 licensed users as now. The total value on the order form comes to £113,500. For comparison, your current contracted annual figure is £103,000. I'll confirm exactly how the two numbers break down before you sign, so no surprises. We're aiming to have it signed by 6 May 2026 so everything is tidy ahead of the end date. If you can leave that with me and tell me who else needs to see it, no drama. Cheers, Tom
- Mats Eklund 5 May 2026 11:18Tom, Thank you for the order form. I have read it. Before I sign, send me the numbers first. I need a clear split of the £113,500: what is the annual subscription and what is anything one-off. I also want to see what the annual figure will be in following years. My finance team will check this against the plan. I cannot promise the date of 6 May 2026 until I have that. I will come back to you as soon as I have reviewed it. Mats Eklund, CFO
