After a call, Tom Ashdown set a signing aim of Mon 9 Feb 2026 for the expansion. Karin Sjöberg agreed the scope but wants to check with the stores first and prefers not to rush. Mats and Annika did not reply.

Ask: Tom wanted confirmation of scope from Karin and Mats Eklund, and any invoicing needs from Annika Lund. He copied Owen Tallis for terms.

Customer view: Karin said the scope is right but wants store managers to see the expansion as helpful, not as one more thing to learn. She expects no problems.

Next: Tom offered a call with store managers or a note. The order form follows once Karin has had her conversations.

Hi all, Thanks for the call this morning. It was useful to hear where each of you stands. To sum up where we landed: the expansion is on the table under your existing Enterprise agreement, the terms are the ones we discussed, and the aim is to have the order form signed by Monday 9 Feb 2026. I will send the order form itself later this week. A couple of things I need from your side: - Karin and Mats: are you both comfortable with the scope as it stands? - Annika: is there anything your team needs on the order form so that the invoice can be processed without a back and forth? I have copied Owen, who looks after the commercial side here, so he can pick up anything on terms while I am out and about. Cheers, Tom

Hi Tom, Thank you for the summary, it matches my understanding. From my side the scope is right, but I would like to anchor it with the stores before we sign. What do the stores say? A few of the store managers have started to use the segment view and I want to be sure they see the expansion as helpful and not as one more thing to learn. Let us think about it together, Mats and I, in the next couple of days. I do not expect problems, but I prefer not to rush. Vänliga hälsningar, Karin

Thanks Karin, that makes complete sense, and no drama on the timing. Take the days you need. If it helps, I can join a short call with the store managers to answer questions directly, or just send a note you can pass on. Whichever is easier for you. Mats, Annika, nothing needed from you yet. I will get the order form over once Karin has had her conversations, and we still have room before 9 Feb 2026. Let's get something in the diary for later this week to check where we are. Cheers, Tom
