What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Tom Ashdown asked Karin Sjöberg for a time to walk through the renewal proposal. She agreed, wants customer service and e-commerce colleagues present, and asked for the document first, with a meeting in the first full week of January.
Ask: Tom wanted a meeting before the contract ends on 31 May 2026. Karin replied within three days and accepted.
Customer view: Karin wants a shared decision, not her own. She also mentions small questions from the team that she wants to hear handled.
Next: send the proposal document before the meeting and book a Tuesday or Wednesday morning in the first full week of January. Find out what the small team questions are.

- Tom Ashdown 9 Dec 2025 13:27Hello Karin, Hope you're well. Just a short one from me. I'd like to get something in the diary to walk you through the proposal for your next term, ahead of the current contract ending on 31 May 2026. There's no rush, but it's easier to talk it through than to read it cold. From what Esther tells me, the number of people using the brain has climbed nicely, and you're well within the 150 licensed users. I'll go through what that means for the proposal when we speak, and I'll confirm any pricing in writing rather than quote it from memory. Could you let me know a couple of times that suit you in the next fortnight? Bring anyone you'd like to have in the room. Cheers, Tom Tom Ashdown Account Executive, BB-Demo
- Karin Sjöberg 12 Dec 2025 13:31Hello Tom, Thank you, and sorry for the slow reply. It has been a busy week with the stores. Yes, I would be glad to go through the proposal. I would like to include a colleague from customer service and one from e-commerce, as I would rather we look at it together than decide on my own. We have also had a couple of small questions from the team lately, so it would be good to hear how those are being handled. Could we plan for the first full week in January? Perhaps Tuesday or Wednesday, in the morning. Please send me the proposal document beforehand so that everyone can read it. Vänliga hälsningar, Karin
