Current to 11 Oct 26Tom Ashdown recapped the negotiation call: Enterprise at a total of £129,000 including implementation, target 23 May 2025. Karin Sjöberg said the scope is right but wants the plan anchored with the stores. Mats Eklund wants numbers first.
Ask: Tom promised Mats Eklund a written summary of what the total covers and wanted to check invoice addressing with Annika Lund. He will confirm the split against the order form before signature.
Customer view: Karin thinks the scope is right but does not want to rush, and the date depends on legal getting the order form in good time.
Next: the summary goes to Mats, Annika confirms invoicing details, and Owen Tallis is the senior name on the paperwork.

- Tom Ashdown 23 Apr 2025 16:19Hi all, Thanks for your time on the call today. Good to hear how the stores are thinking about the brain, and Karin, the point about getting store managers to act on the insight is well taken. To recap where we landed. The deal on the table is Enterprise, with a total value of £129,000. That is the whole deal, so it includes the one-off implementation fee, not just the subscription. I'll confirm the exact split against the order form before anything goes to signature, as I don't want to quote it from memory. Two things still open from our side: - Mats, you asked for the numbers in writing first. I'll send a short summary of what the total covers. - Annika, I'd like to check how invoices should be addressed so we get it right from the start. Owen is copied as he'll be the senior name on the paperwork. We're aiming to have it all settled by Friday 23 May 2025, so let's get something in the diary for a check-in next week. Cheers, Tom
- Karin Sjöberg 24 Apr 2025 16:02Hello Tom, Thank you for the clear summary. I have talked with Mats and with our colleagues in customer service and e-commerce this morning. We think the scope is right, but we should anchor the plan with the stores before we commit, so that the first use case is something the store managers recognise. On the total, Mats will wish to see the numbers first, so please send the summary directly to him. Annika will come back to you about the invoicing details. I would like us to think about the timeline together. We do not want to rush this, and I believe the date you mention is possible if our legal team has the order form in good time. > On 23 Apr 2025, at 16:19, Tom Ashdown wrote: > The deal on the table is Enterprise, with a total value of £129,000.
