Daniel Okafor 31 Dec 2025 17:29Dear Marloes, I am writing formally with your renewal notice, as your current term ends on 31 Mar 2026. I have copied Tom Ashdown, who looks after the commercial side of your account. The renewal is open on our side for the Growth tier, covering 40 licensed users, at the current annual subscription of £44,000. We are aiming to have it agreed by 16 Mar 2026, so that nothing is left to the last week. I know Esther has been in touch about timing and about usage over the last few weeks. I would be glad to go through that with you directly, and just to close the loop, Tom can send the renewal order form for you to check against your contract. Best wishes, Daniel

Send the renewal order form, and I will check it against the existing contract. Billing must remain quarterly in advance, as agreed. Any difference in amount or term needs to be stated line by line. I would also like the usage figures for the past quarter in writing. I won't put a date on the order form myself, as that is Tom's to confirm, but we will keep to the aim of agreeing before 16 Mar 2026. Tom, could you confirm when you can get that over to Marloes?
