Current to 11 Oct 26Esther Quaye proposed a renewal call before the term ends on 31 Mar 2026. CFO Marloes Hendriks agreed, asking for a usage summary with the reason for the dip, the status of two tickets and the renewal terms in writing.
Customer view: Marloes is cooperative but contract-led. She will check any terms against the contract and noted the usage dip.
Ask: she wants the usage summary beforehand, including the reason for the dip and the status of the two tickets, plus written renewal terms.
Next: Esther owes both before the call in the first week of January. The evidence does not show the call, the terms agreed or whether the renewal happened.

- Esther Quaye 30 Dec 2025 10:45Dear Marloes, I hope you had a good Christmas. I am writing so that we are aligned on timing for the renewal, as your current subscription runs to 31 Mar 2026. A few points from my side, so you have everything in one place: - Your Growth subscription covers 40 licensed users and is billed quarterly in advance, as agreed. - Active usage has dipped over the last few weeks, which is partly the holiday period, but I would rather talk it through with you than assume. - A couple of tickets came in recently. I've logged both and I'll chase engineering today so that you have a clear status. Could we find thirty minutes in the first week of January? I would like to hear what Brakkevoort needs from the brain over the next year before we put any paperwork in front of you. If it helps, I can send a one-page summary of usage ahead of the call. Many thanks, Esther
