What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26After the check-in Pieter van Dam confirmed his team is happy, with two account managers opening the brain before every shipper call. He asked for a real-data example for the weekly review and a plan to bring on the rest.
Customer view: Pieter said the team is happy and that this is what he wanted. Daniel Okafor's note of 28 Nov 2025 had reported rising usage and no support tickets in the last month.
Ask: Pieter wants an example using two real shippers, not a mock-up, for the next review. He also asked what the remaining account managers need and offered to run the internal push.
Next: Daniel owes the example and an onboarding plan. The evidence does not show a date for the next review.

- Daniel Okafor 28 Nov 2025 12:03Hello Pieter, Thank you for your time on our check-in, and just to close the loop on what we covered. Usage is clearly moving the right way. More of your account managers are in the brain each week, and the number of active people is well up on the previous quarter, still comfortably inside your 40 licensed users. There were no support tickets in the last month, which I read as a good sign that the connectors are behaving. You mentioned wanting exception tickets seen before a shipper complains. I will put together a short example of how the weekly shipper review could pull calls and tickets onto one page, and I'll come back to you by the next check-in with it. How is the team finding it day to day? Anything your account managers have grumbled about, I would like to hear it. Best wishes, Daniel
- Pieter van Dam 1 Dec 2025 13:56Daniel, Thanks for the notes. Good summary. To be clear, the team is happy. Two account managers now open the brain before every shipper call. That is what I wanted. One ask: the example for the weekly review. Let's make it concrete. Use two real shippers from our data, not a mock-up. I want to show it in the next review. What is the plan for getting the remaining account managers on? I will take care of the internal push, you tell me what they need. Groet, Pieter
