Current to 11 Oct 26After the quarterly review, Pieter van Dam confirms the recap, wants the shipper-account breakdown and a date for quieter account managers, and says renewal talk should wait until after the next review.
Ask: Pieter wants the breakdown by shipper account for his weekly shipper review, and a proposed date for a session for the quieter account managers, whom he will make attend.
Customer view: he accepts the recap but defers renewal: "let's talk after the next review, not before." The contract end of 31 Mar 2026 is now past, and the evidence does not show what followed.
Next: Natalie owes the breakdown and a session date.

- Natalie Eze 27 Aug 2025 13:59Hi Pieter, Thanks for your time today and for bringing Ilse. A quick recap so we both have it in writing. What we covered: - Usage across your account managers is up on the last quarter, and a few people are asking most of the questions. - You have 40 licensed users, so there is plenty of headroom for more of the team to come on. - Your contract runs to 31 Mar 2026, so we should plan the renewal conversation well ahead of that. Actions on my side: I will send the usage breakdown by shipper account, and suggest a short session for the account managers who have not yet logged in much. Tell me if I have missed anything. Best, Natalie
- Pieter van Dam 29 Aug 2025 11:16Natalie, Thanks, this is accurate. Two points. First, send the breakdown by shipper account as soon as you can. I want to use it in our weekly shipper review. Second, the quieter account managers. What is the plan? Please propose a date for the session, and I will make sure they attend. Renewal: let's talk after the next review, not before. Groet, Pieter
