Ask: BB-Demo sent invoice INV-024-0002 issued 1 Apr 2025 for the Growth subscription covering 40 licensed users, and asked whether a PO number should be shown.
Customer view: there is no customer response in the thread, so the evidence does not show whether the invoice was accepted or a PO was needed.
Next: Rachel can check with Wouter whether a PO number is required, and confirm payment against accounting records.

Rachel Dunmore 1 Apr 2025 12:35Dear Wouter, Please find attached invoice INV-024-0002, issued today, 1 Apr 2025, for the Growth subscription for 40 licensed users. The contract term runs to 31 Mar 2026. Net amount: £11,000 VAT: £0 Gross amount: £11,000 Due date: 1 May 2025 Billing is quarterly in advance, as agreed with Marloes.
