Current to 11 Oct 26Josh Fairburn replied to the demo thank-you with three security questions. Matteo Ricci restated the Enterprise proposal at £150,500 including implementation, with an order form targeted for 27 Mar 2026 subject to security review.
Ask: Josh asked whether connectors need write access, how a removed home's records leave the brain, and who at BB-Demo can see the data. He said Shona may have more on compliance.
Customer view: The questions are about access and data removal, so security review is the gating item. Natasha and Shona Barraclough did not reply in this thread.
Next: Theo Gallagher is preparing numbered answers with evidence. The proposal is an open item, not an executed order form.

- Matteo Ricci 19 Feb 2026 13:24Dear Natasha, Josh and Shona, Thank you for making time for the demo. It was useful to see the brain on your own data, and your questions about per-home incidents and family contact were exactly the right ones. I have copied Theo Gallagher, our solutions engineer, who looks after security questions and will be your point of contact for them. If you have questions about how the brain runs in your environment, please send them to him or to me and we will answer them in writing. What would help most from your side? Best regards, Matteo
- Josh Fairburn 19 Feb 2026 14:25Hi Matteo, Thanks for the demo. A few questions from my side: 1. Do the connectors need write access to our source systems, or only read? 2. If we ever remove a home from the group, how do its records get taken out of the brain? 3. Who in your team can see our data, if anyone? Shona may have more on the compliance side. Thanks, Josh
- Matteo Ricci 20 Feb 2026 13:20Dear all, Thank you, Josh. Theo is putting numbered answers together that mirror your questions, with the evidence attached where we have it, and I would rather he confirmed the detail than I paraphrased it from memory. You will have it shortly. On the commercial side, let me confirm in writing where we are. The proposal is at the Enterprise tier, with a total deal value of £150,500 including the one-off implementation. We are working towards an order form by 27 Mar 2026, but that depends on your security review being satisfied first. Best regards, Matteo
