What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26After the 18 Dec 2025 demo, Toby Cowell said the session was useful and that tracking a resident complaint through to legal notice is a manual headache. Hannah Lowe is due to follow up with integration thoughts.
Ask: Tom promised that Hannah Lowe would send thoughts on pulling Wrenfield's systems together early the following week. Toby replied within minutes and is waiting for her.
Customer view: Toby is keen to see the complaint-to-legal-notice timeline work in practice. This is a concrete pain point that BB-Demo can map to its connectors and chat.
Next: Hannah's follow-up is the open commitment. The evidence does not show Hugh Fenton or Gemma Varley replying.

- Tom Ashdown 18 Dec 2025 17:55Thanks for the demo this afternoon. Great to see how your teams track resident requests, invoicing and freeholder comms in parallel, it's exactly the kind of complex workflow we're built for. Hannah on this email will get back to you early next week with some thoughts on how to pull your systems together most cleanly. Best, Tom
- Toby Cowell 18 Dec 2025 18:08Tom, Thanks. Really useful session. The way the tool handles the timeline from a resident complaint to legal notice, that's been a manual headache for us, so we're keen to see how it works in practice. Looking forward to hearing from Hannah. Cheers, Toby
