What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Becky Lawton liked the Growth proposal at £51,600 and asked about time to use and a by-client view. She will take it to Simon, who wants to see the number and who is using it, and expects him to email Tom directly.
Ask: Becky asked how long until her account managers can use it, and whether the by-client view is there from day one.
Customer view: positive on bookings next to tickets next to review notes. She needs a clear answer for Simon, who will want the number and the user count.
Next: the proposal is an open item, not signed. Tom set a target of a signed order form by Friday 13 December 2024 and expects Simon to make contact.

- Tom Ashdown 11 Nov 2024 11:11Hi Becky, Proposal attached, as promised. It's for the Growth tier, which fits several teams and includes the dashboards builder and quarterly reviews with us. That should cover your account managers and the service side together. The total in the proposal is £51,600. I'll confirm in the paperwork exactly how that splits between the one-off implementation and the subscription, so please don't quote it internally until you've seen that. Have a read and tell me what jumps out. Happy to go through anything on a quick call. Best, Tom
- Becky Lawton 14 Nov 2024 16:15Hi Tom, Thanks, sorry for the slow reply, it's been a mad week of client meetings. I like it. The bookings next to tickets next to review notes is exactly what my team needs. Two questions. How long until my account managers can actually use it? And can we see it by client from day one, or is that a later stage? Simon will want to see the number and ask who's using it, so I need a clear answer for him. Thanks, Becky
- Tom Ashdown 15 Nov 2024 16:18Hi Becky, Good questions. On timing, Growth implementation is eight weeks from kick-off, and I'll confirm the milestones in writing so you can show Simon. Connected systems start loading early in that window, so your team will see something real well before the end. On seeing it by client, yes, that's the main use case we scoped from your call. I'll make sure the proposal wording says it plainly. If we can get to a signed order form by Friday 13 December 2024, that gives you a comfortable start. Leave that with me if Simon wants a walkthrough. Cheers, Tom
- Becky Lawton 19 Nov 2024 15:21Hi Tom, That's helpful, thank you. I'll take it to Simon this week. Honestly I think he'll want to talk to you directly, so expect an email from him. I'll let you know as soon as I hear. Becky x
