After the demo, Tom Ashdown recapped a Growth tier proposal of £51,600 including implementation, aiming for an order form by 13 Dec 2024. Leanne Moss asked about source-system changes, what the total covers and a first-weeks plan.

Customer view: Leanne, who would be admin, wants answers before signing. She asked who fixes a connection if a source system changes, whether training is extra, and for a plan for the first weeks.

Next: Tom promised written figures and Hannah Lowe a precise answer and a first-weeks plan. The £51,600 is a proposal, not an executed order form.

Hi Becky, hi Leanne, Thanks for your time yesterday, I enjoyed it and I hope it was useful from your side. Good to see the client view get a few nods. A quick recap of where we landed. The demo covered the Growth tier, which is the one that fits several teams and includes the dashboards builder your account managers would use for review packs. Hannah has the notes on which of your systems would connect first. The proposal as it stands comes to £51,600 in total, which includes the one-off implementation. I'll confirm the final figures in writing so there's no confusion. If everything goes smoothly we'd be aiming to have an order form signed by 13 Dec 2024. Leanne, since you'd be the admin, is there anything about access or set-up you'd like Hannah to cover in more detail? Happy to get something in the diary. Cheers, Tom

Hi Tom, Thanks for the recap. A few points from my side. First, I'd like to understand what happens if one of our source systems changes after go-live, for example if we moved helpdesk. Who fixes the connection, us or you? Second, can you confirm whether the total includes everything, or whether there are extras for training? I'll need to explain it to our finance team. Third, we'd want to see the plan for the first few weeks before we sign anything. Kind regards, Leanne Moss Operations Analyst, Fairhallow Travel

Hi Leanne, Thanks, these are all fair questions. On the first, Hannah is best placed to answer and I'll put her in the picture so she can write it up properly. The short version is that a changed source system is something we'd look at together, but I'd rather she gave you the precise answer than me guess. On the second, I won't quote the breakdown from memory. I'll send you the figures in writing, including what the total covers and what's optional, so you can pass it to your finance team. On the third, Hannah will draft a first-weeks plan for you and Becky to look over before anything is signed. That seems the right order. Becky, shout if there's anything you'd add. Best, Tom
