Tom Ashdown asked Becky Lawton for a discovery call. Becky declined Thursday 10:00, proposed Friday 11:00 with Leanne from operations, and said her team needs something before the next round of reviews.

Ask: Tom wanted about forty-five minutes on how bookings, service tickets and review packs come together. Becky liked starting with how the team works rather than a demo.

Customer view: she wants speed, since her team needs something before the next round of reviews. She wants Leanne on the first part because Leanne knows where the data lives.

Next: Tom to confirm Friday at 11:00 with Becky and Leanne.

Hi Becky, Hope the week's started well. Thanks for the chat the other day, really useful to hear how your account managers pull together client reviews at the moment. I'd like to get a proper discovery call in the diary so I can understand what you're trying to see in one place: bookings, service tickets and the review packs. Probably forty-five minutes or so, no slides, just a conversation. Would Thursday morning work, say 10:00? If not, give me a couple of options and I'll make it fit. Cheers, Tom

Hi Tom, Sorry for the slow reply, I was at a client meeting most of yesterday and today. Love that you want to start with how we actually work rather than a demo. Thursday at 10:00 is no good, I've got a client review. Could we do Friday at 11:00 instead? I'd like Leanne from our operations side to join for the first part, she knows where all the data lives better than I do. My team needs something before the next round of reviews, so sooner is better if you can. Thanks, Becky
