Lewis Kerr restated the Growth proposal at £62,000 exclusive of VAT, covering implementation and subscription, and asked for a signature by 12 Dec 2025. Gemma Holt confirmed Rajesh Mistry signs and asked for customer service from day one.

Ask: Gemma wants customer service live from the start and a one-page cost per head for Rajesh. Lewis confirmed both teams sit under one Growth subscription with no separate charge for the second team.

Customer view: Gemma is keen and says the account managers are asking when they can start. She stresses the decision is Rajesh's.

Next: Lewis sends the cost note, then the order form. Rajesh has not replied in this thread.

Hello Rajesh, hello Gemma, Thank you both for your time on the call this week. To put a number on where we are: the Growth proposal stands at £62,000 in total, which covers the subscription and the one-off implementation, and the figure is exclusive of VAT. As I understood it, what you want to buy is a brain that lets commercial insights and customer service see retailer accounts, service-level complaints and orders in one place, and you want it live in good time for the new year. Growth covers several teams, so both groups sit under one subscription. Two things would help me from your side: - Who signs the order form on the Harrowden side. I have assumed Rajesh, but please correct me. - Any questions on the proposal that I have not yet answered, so I can deal with them before the order form goes out. I would like to have the paperwork signed by Friday 12 December 2025 so the implementation can be scheduled properly. I have copied Owen Tallis, our VP Sales, so you have a senior name on our side if anything needs agreeing quickly. Kind regards, Lewis

Hi Lewis, Thanks for this. The account managers are already asking when they can start, so good news on timing from our side. Rajesh signs, so I have copied him in. A couple of things from me: - Can we get customer service on from day one? Kelly's team will be the ones asking about complaints and orders, so it matters that they are in at the start and not added later. - Rajesh will want to know what the cost per head works out at. Can you put that on one page for him? I can't buy anything without Rajesh, as you know, so it's his call. But I'd like to get it moving. Hello Gemma, hello Rajesh, Thanks, Gemma. Taking your points in order. Customer service: yes, they can be included from the start. Growth is built for several teams, so commercial insights and customer service are both covered under the same subscription and there is no separate charge to add the second team. Cost per head: I'll send that over today as a one-page note. I will not quote it from memory, so it will be built from the proposal and set out against the number of people you intend to put on the brain. The total deal value remains £62,000, exclusive of VAT, and that includes the implementation, so please do not read it as an annual price on its own. Rajesh, if it is useful I can also show you how the usage is reported, so you can see for yourself who is asking questions of the brain once it is live. Unless you tell me otherwise I will send the order form once you have had the cost note, still aiming for signature by Friday 12 December 2025. Kind regards, Lewis
