- Nell Ashcombe 2 Sep 2024 14:20Hi Helen, Welcome aboard. Today is the first day of your contract, and I wanted to write to you myself. Your first invoice is attached to this note, for the Growth subscription. The net amount is £44,000, VAT is £8,800, and the gross amount is £52,800. It falls due on 2 Oct 2024. The subscription runs until 1 Sep 2025 and covers 40 licensed users. If anything on the invoice doesn't match what you expected, tell me and I'll look into it straight away. Better to sort it now than in a month's time. Natalie Eze will be in touch separately about the kick-off and the first connectors. She'll be your day-to-day contact, and Tom Ashdown remains the person to go to for anything commercial. The thing I care about is whether the board pack figures reconcile once the brain is live. If they don't, say so and we'll say what happened and how we know. Best, Nell
