Ask: Nell Ashcombe sent the Growth order form on 18 Mar 2024, unchanged from the proposal. She aimed for signature on 20 Mar 2024 so there was no gap before the current term ended on 2 Apr 2024.
Customer view: Douglas Baird signed on 20 Mar 2024 after going through the form with colleagues in data and finance. He asked BB-Demo to countersign and confirm that the invoice will follow in the usual way.
Next: Douglas would welcome a conversation with Daniel once the new teams are under way. The evidence does not show Daniel's role, or whether BB-Demo has yet countersigned.

- Nell Ashcombe 18 Mar 2024 11:44Dear Douglas, The order form for Lornefield's move to the Growth tier is attached, ready for your signature. It sets out the Growth subscription and the onboarding plan for the additional teams that Imogen asked for. It is the same as the proposal you have already seen, with no changes. The form covers the whole deal, not a single year of subscription, so please read it as the total commitment. Your current term ends on 2 Apr 2024, and we are aiming for signature on 20 Mar 2024 so there is no gap. If you have a question, call me and I will pick it up the same day. Best, Nell
- Douglas Baird 20 Mar 2024 10:58Dear Nell, Thank you for your patience while I went through the order form with my colleagues in data and finance. In fairness, they had both already done most of the work, and I had little to add. I have signed the form and attached it to this message. Please countersign and return a copy for our records. I would also be grateful if you would confirm that the invoice will follow in the usual way, so that our finance team can plan the payment run. Thank you for your help with the arrangements, and for the care you have taken with the plan for the new teams. I would welcome a conversation with Daniel once they are under way. Kind regards, Douglas Baird
