- Nell Ashcombe 23 Feb 2023 11:28Douglas, Thanks again for the time on our last call. I think we're close enough that the sensible next step is to sit down and go through the commercial terms together, so nothing is left to be guessed at by either side. Would you have thirty minutes next week? I could do Tuesday at 10:00 or Thursday at 14:00. If neither works, say what does and I'll move things around. It would help to know what you'd like to leave the call with, so I can bring the right people and papers. Best, Nell
- Douglas Baird 24 Feb 2023 15:07Dear Nell, Thank you for your note, and for the care you have taken over the proposal so far. In fairness, we have had a good deal to consider on our side, and I'd welcome a conversation on the terms. Tuesday at 10:00 suits me well. What I would hope to leave with is a clear understanding of what is being committed to on each side, and a sense of the timetable, so that I can take it to my colleagues with confidence. I'll ask Imogen to join us for the first part, as she will be closest to the practical questions. Kind regards, Douglas Baird
