Current to 10 Oct 26Nell Ashcombe followed up the Starter proposal. Douglas Baird, the COO, said it answered most of his questions and asked for a short note on connectors to show the trustees. Imogen Hartley is to review the technical detail.
Ask: Douglas wants a note on how connectors would be handled so he can show the trustees that the arrangements for member data are understood. He also wants a conversation once Imogen has reviewed the technical detail.
Customer view: Positive and measured. He said the summary was clear and answered most of what he had in mind after the call.
Next: Nell committed to a one-page note on connector set-up and data location, and to diary time with Imogen the following week. Signature is targeted for 17 Mar 2023.

- Nell Ashcombe 8 Feb 2023 11:57Imogen, Douglas, Thank you for the time on the last call. As promised, here is where the proposal stands. - the Starter tier, for the scheme-relationship managers - the brain would be built and run inside your own Snowflake account - the total value in the proposal includes the one-off implementation fee, and the annual subscription is set out separately in the document We're aiming for signature by 17 Mar 2023, which gives us room to start without rushing. Tell me what's missing or unclear and I'll fix it. Best, Nell
- Douglas Baird 9 Feb 2023 17:27Dear Nell, Thank you for the proposal, and for the clarity of the summary. In fairness, it answers most of what I had in mind after our call. I would ask for one thing: a short note on how the connectors would be handled, as I would like to show the trustees that we have understood the arrangements for member data. I'd welcome a conversation once Imogen has reviewed the technical detail. Kind regards, Douglas Baird
- Nell Ashcombe 10 Feb 2023 12:24Douglas, Imogen, Understood. I'll send a one-page note on how the connectors are set up and where the data sits. Because it all runs inside your Snowflake account, the answer for the trustees is short: your data stays with you. Imogen, I'll put some time in the diary for the technical detail next week. Best, Nell
