Ask: Sanne wants three things in writing: what happens and how Veldmaat sees it when the refresh is not complete at 07:00, which connectors are set up first and who does the work, and which accounts are used for read-only access.
Customer view: she has been let down by earlier suppliers and will measure the brain against her own log of late refreshes. This is a test of the nightly refresh commitment and the connector commitments in any order form.
Next: Hannah owes a written reply on all three points, and Tom said he would check back with Joost Verbeek later that week. The thread does not show whether either happened.

Where we've got to: you saw the merchant view across HubSpot and Zendesk on your own data, and you want to be sure about how the refresh behaves each morning and how connectors are set up before going further. Hannah will put the connector set-up and refresh details in writing. If there's anything else you want covered, send it over and we'll answer it together. Our target is to have the order form signed by 16 Dec 2025, so there's room to do this properly. Best, Tom
Sanne Bakker 21 Oct 2025 14:38Tom, Three things I need in writing. 1. Refresh: complete by 07:00 on business days. What happens when it is not complete at 07:00, and how do we see it? 2. Connectors: which are set up first, and who does the work on our side. 3. Access: read-only, confirm which accounts are used. We have been told things before that did not hold. Hannah owns all three and will answer in writing, so it's exact rather than from memory. Hannah, could you reply to all with the refresh behaviour, the connector order and the access detail? Sanne, the log is a good idea and we'd be glad to be measured the same way. I'd rather you hold us to it from day one.
