Current to 11 Oct 26Tom Ashdown sent Mark Siddall the Growth renewal order form at the same users and price. Mark asked for the bottom line and will sign if nothing has changed. The thread ends with the signature outstanding.
Ask: Mark Siddall, Managing Director, asked only whether the renewal is the same as last year. He said his team tell him people are using the brain more.
Customer view: Mark is ready to sign if nothing has changed. Tom Ashdown confirmed Growth tier, same licensed users and same price, and said the new term started on 1 Dec 2025.
Next: Tom offered a short usage note with Marcus for Mark's board. The evidence does not show whether the order form was signed or whether Mark took up the offer.

- Tom Ashdown 27 Nov 2025 11:58Hi Mark, Hope the week's been kind to you. Quick one from me. Your current term ends on 30 Nov 2025, so I've sent over the renewal order form for signature. It's the same Growth tier you're on now, with the same number of users and the same price for the year. Nothing else has moved, so there's no drama. If you can sign it through the link, the new term picks up from 1 Dec 2025 and nothing gets interrupted for your depot teams. Any questions, give me a shout and let's get something in the diary if it's easier to talk it through. Cheers, Tom

- Tom Ashdown 2 Dec 2025 12:09Hi Mark, Sorry for the slow reply, it's been a busy few days here. To answer you straight: yes, it's the same as last year. Growth tier, same licensed users, same price for the year. Nothing else has changed. The new term started on 1 Dec 2025 and the brain has carried on as normal for your teams. The only thing outstanding is your signature on the order form. Once that's in, our finance team will send the invoice to your accounts payable people, so Joanne should see it shortly. On your question about what it's doing for you: usage has gone up a fair bit on the quarter, which fits what your team told you. Happy to pull together a short note on that with Marcus if it would help you with the board. Leave that with me.
