Current to 10 Oct 26Marcus Bell's QBR recap to Liam Doherty. Liam confirms the core group is sorted but the depots are thin, welcomes a question guide, and wants the depot session under way before renewal talks.
Ask: Marcus proposed a depot question guide, a one-page summary of delivery-exception views and a renewal conversation, as the term ends on 30 Nov 2025.
Customer view: Liam agrees with the recap and says depot managers do not know what to ask. He wants real usage evidence before going through the renewal with Tom Ashdown.
Next: a half-hour call early the following week to plan the depot session. The renewal conversation is held back until that session is under way.

- Marcus Bell 6 Oct 2025 11:03Hi Liam, Thanks for making time for the QBR last week. Here's a quick note so we've both got the same picture of where we landed. What we covered: - Usage: the number of people logging in each week dipped a little earlier in the quarter and has steadied since. It's mostly the same core group of revenue ops and account managers using it. - Support: no tickets raised recently, and nothing outstanding on our side. - Licences: you have the full allowance of licensed users on Growth, but only a fraction of them are being used regularly. - Billing: nothing overdue. Actions as I understood them: - You're going to ask the depot managers which questions they'd actually want to put to the brain, so we can build a short guide around them. - I'll put together a one-page summary of the delivery-exception views that have been most useful, to share with the depots. - We'll pick up the renewal conversation properly, since the term ends on 30 Nov 2025. Tom Ashdown will join that one. Happy to jump on a call to plan the depot session, or shall we book half an hour? Let me know what you prefer. Thanks, Marcus
- Liam Doherty 9 Oct 2025 13:00Hi Marcus, Thanks, that matches my notes. Good summary. A few comments: - The usage point is fair. We've got the core group sorted, it's the depots that are thin. I've started speaking to a couple of the depot managers and the feedback so far is that they don't know what to ask. So the question guide is exactly what's needed. - The one-page summary would be great. If you can keep it to the delivery-exception stuff and calls, that's what they care about. One view, that's the point. - On the renewal, I'm happy to go through it with Tom. I'd just like to have the depot session under way first so we can say something real about usage. Half an hour on a call to plan the depot session works for me. Early next week is better than later, I'm tied up at the end of this one. Cheers, Liam
