Tom Ashdown 14 Nov 2024 14:06Hi Mark, Hope the week's treating you well. Quick one, and I'll keep it short. I've attached the order form to move Brackwell from Starter up to Growth. It's the one Liam and I talked through last week, and he's keen. In short, it gives the other depots their own seats and brings in the dashboards builder, so the depot account managers can see their retail accounts, delivery-exception tickets and calls in one place. Your current Starter term ends on 30 Nov 2024, so it would be good to have this signed before then and keep everything running without a gap. Our target was Monday 18 November 2024, but no drama if it slips a day or two. The order form shows the total deal value and the implementation fee. I'd rather you read the exact numbers there than have me quote them from memory. Once it's signed, Marcus Bell will pick up the onboarding and get the depot managers set up. You know Marcus already.
