Liam Doherty says Starter is feeling tight as more teams ask to be added. He wants a short outline of Starter against Growth first and will bring in the accounts payable manager once there are numbers.

Ask: Liam wants an outline of what changes between Starter and Growth, mainly on dashboards and the current users. He wants to be able to say it back to his director in two sentences.

Customer view: the depots are "the whole point" and a couple more teams are asking to be added. The accounts payable manager will want to see the paperwork before anything goes further.

Next: Tom Ashdown sends the outline and holds a Wednesday call at 10:30, leaving pricing for the call.

Hi Liam, Hope your week's been a decent one. Thanks for the chat the other day, really good to hear how the depot account managers are getting on with the brain. Seeing more of them logging in is exactly what we hoped for when you started. You mentioned you'd like to look at what moving up to Growth would mean, particularly the dashboards builder and a bit more room for the extra teams you want to bring on. Let's get something in the diary to go through it properly, including how it sits alongside your current Starter agreement, which runs to 30 Nov 2024. Could you do a call early next week? Forty-five minutes or so should do it. If it helps, bring whoever on your side needs to be comfortable with the numbers and I'll make sure the proposal is ready beforehand. No drama if next week's a stretch, just let me know what suits. Cheers, Tom

Tom, Love that. Yes, let's do it. Honestly the depots are the whole point for us, one view, and we've got a couple more teams asking to be added so Starter is starting to feel tight. Wednesday morning works best for me, anything after 10:00. Thursday afternoon is a fallback. I'll loop in our AP manager Joanne once we have the numbers, she'll want to see how the paperwork looks before anything goes anywhere. Can you send over a short outline of what changes between Starter and Growth before the call? Mainly what we get on the dashboards side and what happens to the users we have now. I want to be able to say it back to my director in two sentences. Cheers, Liam On 31 Oct 2024, at 17:02, Tom Ashdown wrote: > Could you do a call early next week? Morning Liam, Brilliant, Wednesday morning it is. I'll send an invite for 10:30 shortly, so shout if that doesn't work for you. I'll put the outline together before then. Short version: Growth takes you from one team to several, adds the dashboards builder and quarterly reviews, and gives you more users and more connectors than you have now. Everything you've built on Starter carries straight over, so nothing gets rebuilt. I'll leave the pricing detail for the call so I can confirm it properly rather than quote it from memory. If you can think about which teams you'd bring on first, that'll help us size it sensibly. Leave that with me, speak Wednesday. Cheers, Tom
