- Tom Ashdown 4 Oct 2024 08:59Hi Liam, Hope the week's been kind to you. Following our last call, I want to get the renewal proposal in front of you with plenty of room to spare. Your current term ends on 30 Nov 2024, so I'd rather we weren't squeezing it in at the last minute. The usage is looking really good from where I'm sitting: more people using it, and the depot account managers seem to be getting into it. I'd like to walk you through what that looks like on paper and talk about what you want from the next twelve months, including whether it makes sense to bring more of the depots on. I'll confirm the commercial numbers properly in the proposal itself rather than quote anything from memory here. Could you do forty-five minutes sometime next week? Let's get something in the diary. Marcus can join if you'd like him there for the adoption side. Cheers, Tom
- Liam Doherty 7 Oct 2024 15:29Tom, Love that you're getting ahead of it. Yes, let's do it. Thursday afternoon works best for me, or first thing Friday if that's easier for you. Having Marcus there is a good idea, as I'd like to hear what he's seeing on adoption across the depots before we talk about scope. One thing I'd like in the proposal: a clear option for getting more depot account managers on it. One view, that's the point, and at the moment a few of them still aren't using it. Send me an invite and I'll accept it. Cheers, Liam > On 4 Oct 2024, at 08:59, Tom Ashdown wrote: > Could you do forty-five minutes sometime next week? Let's get something in the diary.
