What this says
Current to 10 Oct 26Managing Director Mark Siddall read the Starter order form, said it looks fine and that he would sign that night. He asked for one line on what the brain will do for Brackwell by Christmas.
Ask: Tom Ashdown sent the order form for signature, noting the total value includes the one-off implementation fee and is not an annual price.
Customer view: Mark is brief and trusting, and ready to sign. He wants a short, concrete statement of near-term value.
Next: Tom owes Mark a one-line answer and any signing link. The thread does not show the signature itself.

- Tom Ashdown 15 Nov 2023 13:36Hi Mark, Thanks for your time last week. I know you like the bottom line first, so here it is: the order form for the Starter tier is attached and ready for your signature. It covers the brain for the one team we talked about, with the connectors we agreed in the demo, and the fixed-fee implementation to get it built inside your Snowflake account. The total value on the form is the deal amount we discussed, and it includes the one-off implementation fee, so it isn't an annual price on its own. I'll confirm the split between the implementation and the subscription in writing if your finance team want it, but it's all set out on the form. If you can sign by Friday we can book the kick-off for the week after, and Marcus Bell, who'll be looking after you on the customer success side, can get the first connectors lined up straight away. Anything you want changed, just say and I'll turn it round the same day. No drama either way. Cheers, Tom
