Tom Ashdown sends Liam Doherty a Starter proposal. Liam likes it and asks what implementation demands and what happens beyond 15 users. Tom answers and targets order form signature by 17 Nov 2023.

Ask: Liam wants to know what the implementation weeks involve for stretched depot managers, and whether 15 users is a hard stop. Tom explains a fixed fee over about four weeks and a soft user limit.

Customer view: Liam says the proposal reads well and likes tickets and calls side by side. He expects Gareth to focus on cost and go-live.

Next: Tom targets order form signature by 17 Nov 2023 and will confirm go-live timing in writing. He offers a call with Gareth.

Hi Liam, Thanks for the time on the call earlier. As promised, the proposal is attached. I've kept it short, as you asked. It's for the Starter tier, built around the questions Aisha sent over and what Dean's depot colleagues said in the walkthrough. The total deal value in the proposal covers the one-off implementation fee and the first year's subscription together, so please don't read it as the annual price on its own. The subscription itself is annual, paid in advance, and the document sets that out separately. Starter has a limit of four connectors and fifteen users as a soft limit, which should be enough to start with one team. If you want the other depots on it later, that's a conversation about moving up a tier, and I'd rather talk that through with you now than surprise you in a year. Could you have a look and tell me what Gareth is likely to ask? I'd rather answer it before he has to. Cheers, Tom

Tom, Thanks, got it. Good and short. Two things. First, the implementation. What actually happens in those weeks, and how much do my people need to give up? The depot managers are stretched, so I need to be honest with them. Second, the users. We'll start with a small group, but I know it won't stay small. What happens if we go over fifteen? Is it a hard stop, or do you just tell us? I think the proposal reads well. Love the view of tickets and calls side by side. Gareth will mostly want to know what it costs and when it's live. Cheers, Liam

Hi Liam, Good questions, both fair. Implementation first. It's a fixed fee over about four weeks. We connect your systems, set up the brain in your Snowflake account and check it against questions you actually care about. Your side needs Aisha for a few short sessions and someone who knows the ticketing system. The depot managers only need to turn up at the end for the walkthrough. I'll put a proper week-by-week plan in the order form so there are no surprises. On users, fifteen is a soft limit. Nothing breaks if you go over. We'd raise it with you at a check-in and you could add users or move up a tier. That's your call, not ours. For Gareth, the headline is the total deal value in the proposal, and the target is to have the order form signed by Friday 17 November 2023. I'll confirm the go-live timing in writing rather than guessing here. Let's get a call in the diary with Gareth if that helps. Leave that with me. Cheers, Tom
