After the demo on Brackwell's own data, Aisha Rahman asks about refresh timing and admin training. Liam Doherty wants the depots on it, a simple proposal for Gareth, and a decision by Friday 17 November 2023.

Ask: Aisha needs to know how often the ticketing and call data refresh, because the Tuesday operations review depends on figures being right by the morning. She also wants to know what admin training looks like.

Customer view: Liam is keen on one view across depots. He wants a short proposal because Gareth will not read a long document.

Next: Tom promised the overnight refresh in writing in the proposal and an early introduction to Marcus Bell. The thread shows no signed outcome.

Hi all, Thanks for your time today, much appreciated. It was good to see the demo running on your own delivery-exception tickets and call notes rather than a canned dataset. Liam, I liked that you went straight to the at-risk retail contracts view. That's the bit I'd build the whole proposal around. To recap what I heard: you want revenue operations and the depot account managers looking at the same account, with tickets and calls alongside, so a retailer getting unhappy shows up before they ring. Tobias is copied in because a couple of you asked about where the data sits. To be short about it, the brain is built and run inside your own Snowflake account, so nothing leaves your controls. The tier we looked at was Starter, which suits one team getting going. I'll pull a proposal together and I'll confirm the commercial detail in it rather than quoting from memory. One ask: could you each tell me the two or three questions you'd want to put to the brain on a typical Monday morning? That will help me shape the proposal around real use. No drama if it takes a few days. Cheers, Tom

Hi Tom, Thanks for the recap, that matches what I took away too. Just flagging a couple of things from our side. For the Monday questions, I've had a go at a short list and I'll send it over once Liam has had a look, so we don't send you three different versions. One thing I wasn't sure about: when the brain pulls from our ticketing system and the call recorder, how often does that refresh? The Tuesday operations review relies on figures being right by the morning, so I'd like to be able to say that clearly to the team. I've also not done any of the admin side before, so I'd be grateful to know what training looks like if we went ahead. Thanks, Aisha

Morning all, Thanks Aisha, good questions. On refresh: the brain updates overnight and it should be complete before the working day starts, so a Tuesday morning review would be looking at current figures. I'll put that in writing in the proposal so you're not relying on my say-so. Tobias can go into the detail of how the connectors load if your IT colleagues want it. On admin training: you won't be left on your own with it. We run the set-up with you and I'll make sure Marcus Bell, who looks after customers once they're live, is introduced early so you know who to ask. One more thing from me. I'd really like a view from someone outside Trafford Park, so a user from one of the other depots could join a short walkthrough. Even one person would help me get the proposal right. Dean, would that be you? Let's get something in the diary for next week. Cheers, Tom

Tom, Love that. Sending this from the car so bear with me. Yes to the walkthrough. Dean will join and I'll try to get one more person from another depot. Can we get the depots on it? That's the point for me. One view, that's the point. Aisha will send you the Monday questions early next week. Please keep the proposal simple. I need to take it to Gareth and he won't read a long document. On timing, we're aiming to decide by Friday 17 November 2023 if the proposal looks right. Cheers, Liam
