Tom Ashdown proposes demo slots to Liam Doherty on 3 Oct 2023 and asks for a customer contract to build around. There is no customer response in the thread. Starter allowances for the depots are still unconfirmed.

Ask: Tom offers Tuesday or Thursday at 14:00 and wants a depot account manager and the IT data platform owner on the call. He asks Liam for one at-risk retail contract to anchor the walkthrough.

Customer view: there is no customer reply here. Liam's earlier question on whether Starter stretches to the depots is the only signal of intent, and Tom has yet to confirm the allowances in writing.

Next: Tom owes Liam a written answer on Starter user and connector allowances before or during the demo.

Hi Liam, Hope your week's going alright. As promised, let's get something in the diary for the demo. I'd suggest next week, ideally an afternoon. Tuesday or Thursday at 14:00 would suit me, and I can flex if those clash with anything at your end. An hour should do it, plus a bit of time at the end for questions. A few things to make it worth your while: - If you can think of one retail contract you'd call at risk, or one you were caught out by in the past, tell me which and I'll build the walkthrough around it. It's far more convincing seeing your own customer on the screen than a made-up one. - It would be good to have one of the depot account managers on the call as well as you. They're the people you want using it day to day, and they'll ask better questions than I will. - If your colleague in IT who looks after the data platform can join for the first part, even better. They'll want to see how it sits inside your Snowflake account, and I'd rather they heard it from us directly than second-hand. You also asked on our last exchange whether Starter stretches to the depots. I'm still checking the exact allowances and will confirm in writing. We can look at the head count together during the demo. Let me know which slot works and I'll send an invite. If neither does, give me a couple of alternatives and we'll sort it. Cheers, Tom
