After the 21 Sep 2023 discovery call, Liam Doherty accepts the recap and the Starter tier, with a 17 Nov 2023 signing target subject to finance. He asks whether Starter will be enough if more depots want in.

Ask: Liam wants revenue operations and depot account managers to see accounts, tickets and calls together. He asks for the CRM and helpdesk to be connected first, with calls second.

Customer view: he likes starting on Starter but worries about capacity if more depots join, and needs to square timing with finance. Tom promised to set out tier options side by side in the proposal.

Next: Liam to bring his IT lead and a depot account manager into the next conversation. The thread shows no outcome beyond 22 Sep 2023.

Hi Liam, Thanks for today, really enjoyed it. Good to hear how you've built the revenue operations side up at Brackwell. A quick recap so we're both working from the same page. What I heard: you want revenue operations and the depot account managers looking at accounts, delivery-exception tickets and calls together, so an at-risk retail contract shows up before the customer rings you. At the moment that means a lot of stitching things together by hand across Trafford Park and the other depots. What I'd suggest: we start with the Starter tier, which suits one team, and see how the depot managers take to it. I've got it logged as a new deal and I'm pencilling in 17 Nov 2023 as a target to get it signed, though that's a guide and not a deadline. Two things I need from you: - A sense of which systems you'd want connected first. - Who else on your side should be in the next conversation. I'll confirm the commercial figures properly in the proposal rather than quote from memory. Cheers, Tom

Tom, Thanks for the recap, spot on. Quick list from me: - First systems: the CRM and the helpdesk. Calls second. - Next conversation: I'd like our IT lead in on it, plus one of the depot account managers so they can say what's useful. - Timing: your date is fine by me, but I need to square it with finance first. Love the Starter idea for getting going. Can we get the depots on it quickly once we're live? One view, that's the point. One worry. Will Starter be enough if more depots want in? Not asking for a number yet, just want to know how that works. Cheers, Liam

Hi Liam, Good questions, and no drama on any of it. On growing past Starter: it's built for one team, so if more depots come on board you'd look at moving up a tier or adding to it. I'd rather talk that through properly than guess, and I'll set out the options in the proposal so finance can see them side by side. I'll confirm the pricing before it goes anywhere. On the next conversation: bringing your IT lead and a depot account manager is exactly right. Let's get something in the diary for next week. Send me a couple of times that work and I'll fit around you. I'll leave the finance conversation with you for now and keep the target at 17 Nov 2023 until you tell me otherwise. Cheers, Tom
