Current to 10 Oct 26Tom Ashdown asks Liam Doherty for a forty-five-minute discovery session after an earlier chat, offering three slots. There is no customer response in the thread.
Ask: Tom Ashdown wants to understand how Brackwell account managers pull together accounts, delivery-exception tickets and calls, and where it hurts most when spotting an at-risk retail contract early.
Customer view: there is no reply from Liam Doherty in the thread, so the evidence does not show whether the session was booked.
Next: Tom asked for a list of the systems used for accounts, tickets and call recordings, and for one or two depot account managers to join.

Really good to hear how you have been getting revenue operations organised at Brackwell, and the work across Trafford Park and the five other depots. As promised, I'd like to get a proper discovery session in the diary. The idea is for me to understand how your account managers currently pull together accounts, delivery-exception tickets and calls, and where it hurts most when you are trying to spot an at-risk retail contract early. No slides, just a conversation, and I'll bring Daniel from our customer success side if that's useful to you. I'd suggest about forty-five minutes. Any of these suit you? - Thursday next week at 10:00 - Thursday next week at 14:00 - Friday next week at 11:00 If none of those work, tell me what does and I'll move things around. It would also help if one or two of the depot account managers could join, as they will have a better feel for the day-to-day than I will. One small ask beforehand: if you can send me a rough list of the systems your team uses for accounts, tickets and call recordings, that will save us time on the day. No drama if it needs to slip a week. Let's just get something in the diary. Best, Tom Tom Ashdown Account Executive, BB-Demo
