1. Parties and Effective Date
This Master Services Agreement ("Agreement") is made effective 25 Feb 2026 between BG-Demo Limited ("BG-Demo") and Tilden Marsh Logistics ("Customer"), expiring 24 Feb 2027.

5. Term
