Parties
BG-Demo Ltd ("BG-Demo") and Haddon Rook Logistics ("Customer").
1. Services
BG-Demo will provide B-Glass at the Starter tier. The service comprises:
- One queryable data layer over Customer's CRM, call recorder and operational systems, built inside Customer's Snowflake account
- AI-powered search and chat interface
- Pages and dashboards
- Up to 15 named users
- Up to 4 data connectors (for Customer's CRM, call recorder, ERP, helpdesk and similar systems)
- Six-monthly check-in call with Customer's team
- Nightly data refresh complete by 07:00 UK time on business days
2. Term and Charges
Start date: 7 January 2026 End date: 6 January 2027 Subscription fee: £22k per annum, less 5% discount = £21k (payable in advance) Implementation fee: £6,000 (one-off, due on signature) Total contract value: £27k Payment terms: 30 days net from invoice
3. Implementation
BG-Demo will deploy up to 4 connectors live within 7 days of the start date. Full deployment of all systems takes four weeks from start.

5. Confidentiality and Data Protection
Both parties agree to keep the other's confidential information confidential and to comply with all applicable data protection laws and regulations.
6. Term and Renewal
This agreement runs for one year from 7 January 2026. Forty-five days before expiry, BG-Demo will contact Customer about renewal. If neither party gives 30 days' written notice of non-renewal, the service will continue on the same terms for a further year.
