What it is: an internal draft proposal by Jordan Pike, Account Executive, US, marked "Draft" for internal review. It proposes the Enterprise tier, company-wide, for Willet Creek Senior Living's communities.

Commits: nothing binding yet. It states an annual price of £125k, a first-year deal amount of £155k including the one-off implementation fee, annual invoicing in advance on thirty-day terms, and a twelve week implementation including security review support.

Unusual: no discount is applied. The text says Enterprise is credited for data freshness as well as availability, but gives no availability percentage or credit amount.

Not settled: the final list of systems, security review contacts, which team goes live first and data residency. No connector delivery days are stated, and no order form exists in the record.

Body

Willet Creek Senior Living - Proposal v1

Draft for internal review. Prepared by Jordan Pike, Account Executive, US, BB-Demo. Dated 28 Sep 2026.

Context

Willet Creek Senior Living operates about thirty-five senior-living communities across Minnesota and Wisconsin. Today, family relations and community sales each hold part of the picture of a community: enquiries in one place, complaints in another, contracts in a third. Nobody sees a single community end to end without reconciling systems by hand.

This proposal sets out how the company brain, built and run inside Willet Creek's own Snowflake account, would give both teams one layer to ask questions of.

What we propose

The Enterprise tier, company-wide, with:

  • one AI-queryable layer over the CRM, calls, emails, tickets and contracts for every community
  • pages, chat and search, plus the dashboards builder and quarterly business reviews
  • SSO and SCIM, so access follows the organisation's existing identity setup
  • an executive sponsor from BB-Demo
  • the Enterprise user and connector allowances, which we will confirm against the final list of systems

Implementation

Read the whole document (2,636 characters)

A fixed-fee implementation of twelve weeks, including support for Willet Creek's security review. Each connector named in the order form carries a commitment to be live within an agreed number of days.

Pricing

ItemAmount
Enterprise annual subscription (annual price)£125k
One-off implementation feeIncluded in the deal amount
Total deal amount (first year, including implementation)£155k

The annual price of £125k is the recurring figure. The deal amount of £155k is the total value of the first year and includes the one-off implementation fee. No discount is applied in this draft. Subscription is invoiced annually in advance on thirty-day terms.

Service levels

The Enterprise service levels apply: the highest availability commitment we offer, a thirty minute first response on priority one issues, and the nightly refresh complete by 07:00 local time on business days. Enterprise is also credited for data freshness as well as availability.

Open points

  • Final list of systems to connect, and which communities go first
  • Security review contacts on the Willet Creek side
  • Whether family relations or community sales should be the first team live
  • Data residency requirements, if any

Next steps

  • Jordan to review this draft internally and issue the final proposal
  • Agree the security review plan with Willet Creek's IT lead
  • Move to an order form under the MSA once scope is confirmed

Thanks, Jordan
