BG-Demo's final written answers to security questions raised in the Enterprise evaluation, dated 21 Aug 2026. It states no figures: availability and P1 response are left to the order form. Nightly refresh is by 07:00 local time on business days.

What it is: a questionnaire completed by Hannah Lowe, Solutions Engineer, for Willet Creek Senior Living, Minneapolis. It answers architecture, access, availability and implementation questions for the Enterprise tier.

Commits: the brain runs "Inside your own Snowflake account", SSO and SCIM are included, and "The nightly refresh completes by 07:00 your local time on business days." Service credits on Enterprise cover both availability and freshness.

Unusual: no availability percentage or P1 response time is quoted; 3.1 says "The figure is stated in the order form." US data residency is an add-on, and Sandbox and Premium support depend on the second version of the price book.

Not settled: the Snowflake region, the role design for family relations and community sales users, and first-phase connectors are open. Detailed evidence requests are left to the security review. It is not an order form and carries no price.

Willet Creek Senior Living - Security Questionnaire

Prepared for: Willet Creek Senior Living, Minneapolis Prepared by: Hannah Lowe, Solutions Engineer, BG-Demo Date: 21 Aug 2026 Status: Final Tier under evaluation: Enterprise

Purpose

This questionnaire records BG-Demo's answers to the security questions raised during the Enterprise evaluation. Where a control is described, it is described as it applies to the Enterprise tier. Where a question needs evidence or a conversation with your IT team, the answer says so rather than claiming more than we can show.

1. Architecture and data location

Read the whole document (3,936 characters)
#QuestionAnswer
1.1Where does B-Glass run?Inside your own Snowflake account. BG-Demo builds and operates the brain there, so your data is not copied into a separate BG-Demo data store.
1.2Which systems does it read from?Only the systems you choose to connect, for example your CRM, helpdesk, call recorder, email and accounting system. The connector list is agreed in the order form.
1.3Can data be held in the United States?Yes. Dedicated US data residency is available as an add-on, and because the brain runs in your Snowflake account, the region is the one you select for that account.
1.4Is a non-production environment available? The Sandbox is available on Enterprise, from the second version of the price book, for testing connectors and questions before they reach production.

2. Access control

#QuestionAnswer
2.1Is single sign-on supported?Yes. SSO is included in the Enterprise tier.
2.2Is automated user provisioning supported?Yes. SCIM is included in the Enterprise tier, so joiners, movers and leavers can be managed from your identity provider.
2.3Can access be limited by team?Access follows the roles you configure for the brain. To be precise, the exact role design is agreed with your IT team during implementation, and I will put that in writing.
2.4Who at BG-Demo can reach our environment?Named BG-Demo engineers working on your implementation and support. Access is within your Snowflake account and is governed by the permissions you grant.

3. Availability and data freshness

#QuestionAnswer
3.1What availability is committed? The Enterprise availability commitment, which is the highest of our tiers. The figure is stated in the order form.
3.2How quickly do you respond to a priority-one issue? The Enterprise first-response commitment, which is the fastest of our tiers.
3.3How fresh is the data? The nightly refresh completes by 07:00 your local time on business days. Availability and freshness are different things: the brain can be available while a source is behind, and on Enterprise service credits cover both.
3.4Is extended support available?Premium support is available on Enterprise from the second version of the price book, with a named engineer during extended hours.

4. Implementation and review

#QuestionAnswer
4.1Is security review support included?Yes. Enterprise implementation includes security review support from BG-Demo.
4.2Who answers technical questions?Hannah Lowe, Solutions Engineer, runs the Enterprise security review and answers in writing.
4.3Are there questions this document does not answer?Yes. Detailed evidence requests, such as supporting documents for specific controls, are handled in the security review with your IT team and are not asserted here.

5. Open points for the review

  • Confirm the Snowflake region and the data residency choice for your account.
  • Agree the role design for family relations and community sales users.
  • Confirm which connectors are in scope for the first phase.

Data as of Fri 9 Oct 2026. Text marked AI was written by the AI from the records listed in its made-from link; an AI output that cannot cite its evidence is refused and the previous text kept. Where two systems disagree (for example a contract and the CRM), the key facts show both values and mark the difference.
